We want you to love your TRF piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
How It Works
• You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and in original packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or made-to-measure pieces.
- Items that have been altered to your specifications (e.g., length, sleeve, bust, etc.).
- Items purchased on sale or during exclusive promotions.
• You must request a return before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Wrong Item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review and make it right.
Alterations
We offer one-time free alterations upon purchase, including dress length, sleeve length, bust adjustments, and other minor size changes. Any additional alterations after the first one will incur a small fee.
